Phillips Tackle Co / X-TRACTION Rods offers a 30 day limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials.  Warranty claims must be made with Phillips Tackle Co via email at phillipstackle@yahoo.com.   Email claim prior to returning to make sure the claim will be covered.   Please include your name, return address, phone number, email and a brief description of what happened to the rod.  Damage caused by misuse, abuse, modifying or alteration of the rod other than normal use is not covered.   Phillips Tackle Co. / X-Traction rods reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any X-Traction Rod covered by this warranty.  Claims must be made with Phillips Tackle Co/X-Traction Rods directly.   Any repair work performed outside of Phillips Tackle Co/X-Traction Rods will void the warranty.   All rods should be properly packed and insured when returning for warranty.  A copy of the purchase receipt and a check/money order for $30.00 shipping and handling must accompany all warranty claims.  All claims must be made within 30 days from date of purchase.
